Still can't sign in on the laptop so I am on the desktop, which I rarely use. Hmmmm, not sure what to do. Hubby can't fix it, either, so I am not the only dodo here. :) Good to have company anyway.
Grossness for the day: This evening I rescued two large legos from a poop filled toilet on behalf of a four year old...one of the more disgusting parenting events I have experienced. You never know what you are willing to do until faced with it - that's the moral of that story.

blogging is hard
Okay....I am not a stupid person. Really, I'm not. I actually have a graduate degree. But this whole blog thing has made me feel like a big ole moron. I couldn't log in, then I couldn't post. I spent WAY too much time today trying to figure this stuff out. Maybe I will get the hang of it soon. I'm old but I really do want to learn this new trick!
I sold her first shoes
Just having regrets about selling Lauren's first real pair of shoes at a consignment sale this weekend. They went for $7. Wishing now I had held onto them for the memories. Knowing that it is more about my mom than those size 5W purple suede Stride Rites. There are more important things that are gone that I cannot get back. Still, I miss the shoes. :(
